Barons de Rothschild Champagne Blanc de Blancs, A.C. Champagne, France

Regular price £75.00

Champagne Barons de Rothschild is a distinguished Champagne house established in 2005 through the collaboration of three branches of the Rothschild family: Philippe Sereys de Rothschild (Château Mouton Rothschild), Ariane de Rothschild (Château Clarke – Edmond de Rothschild Group), and Eric and Saskia de Rothschild (Château Lafite Rothschild). This venture marked the first time these branches united to create a shared estate, reflecting their collective passion for exceptional terroirs and winemaking excellence.

Barons de Rothschild Blanc de Blancs Champagne is a pure expression of Chardonnay elegance, crafted exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs. The nose reveals bright notes of lemon zest, white flowers, and fresh almond, with subtle hints of chalky minerality and toasted brioche. On the palate, it’s precise and luminous, offering a fine, persistent mousse and a beautifully linear structure. Crisp acidity and creamy texture lead to a long, refined finish. A Champagne of exceptional finesse, ideal as an aperitif or alongside oysters, sashimi, or delicate shellfish.
