Barons de Rothschild Champagne Rose, A.C. Champagne, France

Regular price £75.00

Champagne Barons de Rothschild is a distinguished Champagne house established in 2005 through the collaboration of three branches of the Rothschild family: Philippe Sereys de Rothschild (Château Mouton Rothschild), Ariane de Rothschild (Château Clarke – Edmond de Rothschild Group), and Eric and Saskia de Rothschild (Château Lafite Rothschild). This venture marked the first time these branches united to create a shared estate, reflecting their collective passion for exceptional terroirs and winemaking excellence.

Barons de Rothschild Rosé Champagne is an elegant and expressive cuvée, blending Chardonnay’s finesse with the structure of Pinot Noir, including a small proportion of still red wine for colour and depth. On the nose, it offers refined aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, and a hint of rose petals, underpinned by delicate citrus and brioche notes. The palate is vibrant and silky, with fine bubbles and a graceful balance of freshness and fruit. A beautifully poised rosé, perfect for both aperitif and delicate food pairings like tuna tartare, duck, or summer berries.
