Chan de Rosas Cuveé Especial Albariño 2021, D.O.C. Rías Baixas, Spain

Chan de Rosas, a winery based in Galicia, north west Spain, adopt a focus on traditional methods of Albariño winemaking. Their ethos is centred around small independent growers, with small parcel production that enables the true refection of Albariño. In some cases the vines they work with are approaching their 70th birthday. The maturity of these old vines, coupled with the cool oceanic breezes from the Atlantic, help to create a wonderful expression of Albariño .
