Chateau Lascombes 2009, 2eme Grand Cru Classe, Margaux, France

Regular price £120.00

Recognised as one of the greatest wine producers in Margaux and one of the largest in the Médoc, Chateau Lascombes became a Deuxième Cru Classé in 1855. Chateau Lascombe's style is more modern than other estates in the region, producing Merlot-dominant blends often characterised by a rich, lush, fruit-forward style.

Black cherry, blueberry and cedar layered over notes of cocoa and liquorice. With silky tannins and a long finish, Lascombes 2009 offers a plush, modern-style Margaux with great ageing potential.
