Committed to biodynamics since 2006, the estate avoids chemicals entirely and focuses on enhancing biodiversity and soil vitality, making Manincor a standout in both quality and conscience.  The vineyards, including the prized Eichhorn site, lie on sunlit slopes at elevations of around 300 meters, where warm Mediterranean days and cool Alpine nights create the perfect conditions for vibrant, aromatic wines. The Eichhorn vineyard, in particular, is planted on sandy clay soils with porphyry rock beneath, giving the Pinot Blanc its characteristic minerality and finesse.
