Our Chilli & Beer box is the epitome of local and delicious – our Shepherd’s Gold Ale is made from barley harvested from the estate and brewed locally by Chiltern Brewery. Our Chilli Oils are produced to our own original recipe and use rapeseed oil; a local alternative to olive that is perfect to cook wit, not to mention used in dressings or as a garnish to pizza.
