A d'Aussieres Rose 2024, IGP Pays d'Oc, France

Regular price £15.00

Acquired in 1999 by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite), the 550 hectare estate has witnessed a vast rehabilitation project. To date, 167 hectares of vines have been replanted with carefully selected traditional Languedoc grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan, complemented by Cabernet, Merlot and Chardonnay. Aussières Rosé is the harmonious marriage of the traditional grape varieties Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cabernet Franc. It is distinguished by its aromatic finesse and freshness, characteristic of the terroir of Aussières.

Attractive lychee-pink color. The nose is expressive with aromas of wild berries. Fresh and dynamic on the palate. Fruity and seductive notes followed by a salivating finish with hints of grapefruit.
