Bianca Vigna Extra Dry Spumante, D.O.C. Prosecco, Italy

Regular price £15.00

BiancaVigna was founded in 2004 by the siblings Enrico and Elena Moschetta who, for the first time ever, made sparkling wines with grapes grown in their family vineyards that belonged to their grandfather Genesio since the beginning of 20th century. This extra dry expression comes from hillside vineyards between Conegliano and Farra di Soligo, on the
border of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G.

Straw yellow with greenish hues; this prosecco boasts very fine and persistent mousse. It is delicate and elegant, with notes of white fruit and citrus and great balance between the softness of the residual sugars and the fresh, vibrant acidity. Pleasant and persistent finish.
