Celene Cremant have been producing wonderful sparkling wine since 1947 using parcels on both banks of Bordeaux. The wines are hand harvested and aged for 24 months on the lees in the bottle, just like Champagne, and then rested in 18th century limestone caves prior to release. This Cuvee Royale is among the finest wines Celene Bordeaux produce and makes for the perfect aperitif. 

A pretty nose of baked apple, lemon peel and hints of nuttiness and bread dough, but don’t get us wrong, the focus is definitely on the fruit here. The palate is dry and crisp with a lovely definition of fruit and toast. The acidity is invigorating yet perfectly balanced. This Cuvee Royale is among the finest wines Celene Bordeaux produce and makes for the perfect aperitif.
