Château Duhart-Milon 2018, 4eme Cru Classé Pauillac, France

Regular price £125.00

Acquired by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) in 1962 and situated adjacent to Lafite in Pauillac, Bordeaux, Chateau Duhart Milon produces elegant, Cabernet Sauvignon dominant wines with excellent ageing potential. The 76-hectare vineyard consists of gravel and limestone soils.

Often regarded as one of the estate's best vintages, this 2018 Pauillac delivers on power, opulence and intensity. Aromas of blackcurrant, plum, liquorice and graphite mingle with hints of dried herbs on the nose. The palate is jam packed with black fruits, chocolate-covered cherries and tobacco. Full-bodied, dense and rich, with silky and well-integrated tannins.
