Tony Bish Golden Egg Chardonnay 2017, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand

Regular price £29.95

Based in Hawke's Bay, on the East coast of New Zealand's North Island, Tony Bish is regarded as the 'King of Chardonnay' when it comes to winemaking. Since 2013, his winery has been producing innovative, high-quality Chardonnay. Bish's wines are particularly unique since they are fermented in both egg-shaped concrete and oak barrels in order to enhance texture from lees ageing.

The aroma is a medley of nectarine, peach, apple blossom, with hints of almond and nutty richness.
