Celene Cremant have been producing wonderful sparkling wine since 1947 using parcels on both banks of Bordeaux. Located in the village of Haux, in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, the wines are hand harvested and made in the traditional method, being aged for 18 months on the lees in underground galleries. 

Beautifully golden in colour, this crémant is made with the addition of Sauternes for a balanced structure and added aromatic richness. Aromas of candied yellow fruit gingerbread greet you on the nose, with citrus and green apple on the palate.
