Celene Cremant have been producing wonderful sparkling wine since 1947 using parcels on both banks of Bordeaux. Located in the village of Haux, in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, the wines are hand harvested and made in the traditional method, being aged for 12 to 18 months on the lees. 

This delicate Crémant de Bordeaux is pale yellow in colour with fine persistent bubbles and a charming bouquet of soft white flowers, exotic fruits and lemon cream. With hints of toast and fresh pastries, this sparkling makes for a wonderful aperitif or pairs beautifully with oysters and ceviche.
