Chafor Bacchus 2025, Buckinghamshire, England

Founded by Tim and Sarah ,Chafor is a family-ran and family-friendly vineyard in the heart of rural Buckinghamshire, and is the closest operating vineyard to Waddesdon Manor. The 9.3 hectare estate once formed part of the ancient hunting forest of Bernwood before the first vines were planted in 2009. Tim focuses on quality in the vineyard, with all fruit being hand-harvested before making its way to the winery where it is treated with a 'minimum intervention' approach and bottled on-site. Bacchus is their flagship still wine.
