Chapel Down Kit’s Coty Chardonnay 2021 is without doubt one of the finest still wines to come out of this country. The wine rides the balance of that delicate orchard fruit that you expect from the purist of Chardonnay’s, alongside the nuances of the buttery, oak notes alongside these notes, neither one outshining the other. These flavours linger on the palate, an on, and on. This would be the perfect accompaniment to any seafood dish!
