Located in Tenterden in Kent, Chapel Down has become one of England’s leading wine producers with an award-winning range of sparkling and still wines. Chapel Down focus on changing the way that the world thinks about English wine. The North Downs of Kent are renowned for it’s chalky soils, allowing for richness and complexity to come through the wines. The Kit’s Coty Coeur de Cuvee is their finest expression made with the “heart of the first pressing” of their Kit’s Coty vineyard Chardonnay to extract the finest juice. It is then matured in French oak to add even more depth and complexity to the final wine. this got voted best English sparkling wine at the Wine GB awards in 2024, and it is hard to disagree!

Chapel Down Kit’s Coty Coeur de Cuvée 2016 is a rich yet elegant wine, with aromas of apple and toasted nuts. The palate has incredible purity and finesse, which carries the well-integrated oak and fruit characters perfectly. The mousse is fine and persistent, which delivers al of the nuance and complexity of this wine immaculately.
