Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, located near Filey Bay, was created from a desire to utilise the best water and barley that Yorkshire had to offer. Using their own barley fields, Spirit of Yorkshire distillery pride themselves on their field to bottle approach, ensuring they have full control of their whisky, as well as a much more modest carbon footprint than most. Their flagship showcases their house style.

Flagship is the purest expression of the Spirit of Yorkshire. Made using locally sourced barley, and then distilled via a combination of Pot and Column still. The result is a light, creamy and fruity whisky, with flavours of honey, vanilla and caramel.
