Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, located near Filey Bay, was created from a desire to utilise the best water and barley that Yorkshire had to offer. Using their own barley fields, Spirit of Yorkshire distillery pride themselves on their field to bottle approach, ensuring they have full control of their whisky, as well as a much more modest carbon footprint than most. Ex-Moscatel Sherry hogsheads are used to lend a fruity character to the whisky.
