Los Vascos Rose 2024, Colchagua, Chile

Regular price £15.00

Domaines Barons de Rothschild acquired Viña Los Vascos in 1988, animated by a pioneering spirit and with the vision to reveal the potential of this exceptional land. Today they cultivate a common dream and project: to turn the expansive vineyard of Los Vascos into a rich ecosystem producing the most elegant Chilean wines possible. Los Vascos’ rosé is made from grapes which are pressed immediately after harvesting. This preserves the freshness, the fruity aromas and the bright colour brought of the juice straight from the vineyard. It is best to drink this wine young to fully enjoy its lively character and finesse.

Los Vascos Rosé is a blend of 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache Noir, 10% Mourvèdre. The 2024 vintage offers a light pink colour which is the first impression of this delicate wine. The nose shows all its expression with notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberries and cherries. The palate is refreshing and tense, with a volume that accompanies and leaves a pleasant sensation, surprising for its persistence, surprising for its persistence.
