Stepping out of Australia, this is Champagne through a Penfolds lens. This Cuvée Brut NV release is sourced from highly regarded vineyards across the Champagne region. Made in partnership- with Champagne Thiénot, the blend is made up of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier  and Chardonnay.

Clear straw in colour with a delicate and fine mousse. Exotic on the nose with wafts of lily, chamomile and yuzu, with notes of roasted nut, vanillin pod and custard-apple. Lively on the palate with flavours reminiscent of lemon méringue pie, raspberry pastille and nougat. Clean and pure, drink now or let the wine evolve over the next 2-3 years.
