Waddesdon Shepherd’s Gold Ale

We are excited to release the latest batch of our fantastic Shepherds Gold ale. Waddesdon estate covers 5,500 acres that boast a delightful array of plantings, including botanicals and fruits for our Gin, and of course Barley which is used to created this superb golden ale. Our local partnership brewers, Chiltern Brewery, are a local micro-brewery that are responsible for producing a range of fabulous characterful ales.  Only 250 cases of our ale are produced annually. This small batch, fully traceable boutique ale is a delight to drink and we are very proud of its quality, and exclusivity.

Tasting notes

Smooth and creamy malt base with beautifully delicate and balanced flavours of dried fruit and hops. There’s a nice depth and refreshment to the palate. This is proper beer, as it should be.
Serve cool, but not chilled.
