An Australian icon first produced in 1954, Wynns Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from the estate's finest Cabernet fruit grown on Coonawarra's famed terra rossa soils.


The 2017 Wynns Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautifully balanced expression of Coonawarra, offering aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and dark cherry layered with classic notes of mint, cedar, tobacco leaf and subtle spice. The palate is elegant yet concentrated, with ripe black fruit supported by fine, chalky tannins, vibrant acidity and hints of graphite and cocoa from well-integrated French oak. It finishes long and refined, leaving lingering notes of dark berries, savoury herbs and a distinctive mineral freshness.
